Gaia joined to the Textile Exchange Team in İzmir for a workshop on Textile Sustainability. It was a worthwhile event with discussions about the mission and vision of Textile Exchange. 70 professionals from Turkish and International Textile Business were welcomed. The importance of the three core platforms Fiber & Materials, Integrity & Standards, and Supply Chain were explained , the sustainability, fairness and traceability of the cotton supply chain was pointed out.
It is our aim and responsibility to support the use of organic cotton and better cotton as much as possible.”
